I find the pillowcase very good, it helps me to have a good night sleep & I find it great for my hair cause I don't see strands of hair on my pillow anymore. I find the tea is very good but drink it about 45 minutes before you go to bed otherwise you will fall asleep very quick. Love the chocolate bar helps you to relax and so does the candle. The music was my favourite especially after a long day at work or anytime of the day as it helps you to relax and zone out for a while. My 19 year old daughter also received a Sleep Bliss Box & she said she feels a difference on her skin with the pillowcase as she used to suffer a lot from acne, she doesn’t get it as much now anymore which is fantastic!

Bought the sleep bliss box for my mom at Christmas who has lots of trouble sleeping at night. She absolutely loved the candle, lavender oil and the camomile tea which she used religiously every night and helped her a lot. The silk pillow case is still on her bed and she notices a massive difference in the texture of her hair as a result. She even was introduced to yoga and meditation from the instructions on the box. 10/10 !!
